About the Opportunity

A long-standing restoration and construction firm is looking for a Project Coordinator to support multiple residential and commercial projects. This team specializes in property repairs related to water, fire, smoke, mold, and other structural damage-and partners closely with major insurance carriers.

If you enjoy fast-paced environments, coordinating moving parts, and keeping projects running smoothly, this role offers a great blend of responsibility, teamwork, and impact.

What You'll Do

  • Coordinate and schedule subcontractors across various trades
  • Maintain project timelines and update progress notes in internal systems
  • Review scopes of work with clients and provide consistent communication throughout the project
  • Identify potential issues early and collaborate with the Project Manager on solutions
  • Work with estimating, accounting, and claims teams to ensure all documentation is accurate and complete
  • Process subcontractor and vendor invoices weekly
  • Upload site photos and maintain organized project files
  • Assist with permitting when required
  • Participate in weekly project review meetings
  • Help ensure all project activities are completed on time and meet quality expectations
